Customers Gone Bad is a website dedicated to telling the story of customers from the Hotel and/or Business Owners’ perspective.
We certainly believe customers deserve to be treated with the highest in customer service, but at the same time we believe that the people servicing customers and the small business owners should also be treated well. Customers Gone Bad is about allowing business owners to share their stories and also to protect themselves by having a ‘list’ to forewarn them about volatile customers.
CustomersGoneBad is a group of Local Hotel and Business Owners that have come together to create awareness about a growing problem among the small business community. This problem is that of ‘Bad Customers’ who are irate and damage property and steal valuables. They are disruptive to the operation of the business and safety of the other customers and staff.
Customers Gone Bad are often times repeat offenders. This advocacy group aims at providing a means for these small business owners, who have been negatively affected by these customers, to have a voice and create awareness.
Our motto is ‘Don’t Let Them Do It To You!’. By registering for the site, which is free to do, you are able to upload details about these volatile customers so other business owners can cross check the list, and decide if they want to service those customers.
